^{I last posted in May??

It's the middle of October, on a cool Sunday morning. I am loving college. It's fantastic. I just thought I would check back here and look through some things... There's no way I could start over again. I may check back from time to time because I really have made great friends here. I even met one, Ashley, in person! She goes to my school and we are even better friends now. But I don't think I'll start back up again. If anything... I'll try out this Flickr thing. And I'm still faithfully blogging. ;]

So, thanks, Jake, for the subscription. It was nice while it lasted. ;] Ales, you were one of the first people I met on here. Hvala! Thank you, Kristie, for your fighting spirit and daring heart. Thank you, Lauren, for the laughs. Thanks, Christina, for your sweet spirit and for the inspiration you give me. Thank you, Heather, for thinking out of the box and looking at things from a different perspective. It challenges me and makes me think. Thanks, Stephanie, for being such a sweetheart and encouraging me as I grow in photography. Dankie, Will, for the encouragement and witty conversation. I hope to meet you one day. If not here, you know where. Dillon, Jenny, Ashley, Jesse, and Cheizi... I'll see you guys later. ;]

How Time does fly.
My senior year is almost over. I've been away from home a little over five weeks now. And my family is coming up at the end of the week. I've finished my AP tests. I've got most of my research for my final papers.
And there's still so much to do.
But you know, instead of stressing out about it (which I was doing and that offered no help whatsoever), I'm going to give it to God and just do my best. I'll follow the advice offered in Matthew chapter six:

"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?

Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?

And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."

Watching: a movie set in the 1950's.

This week has flown by. That's what usually happens when you're traveling. But I've been having a good time despite this cold or cough or whatever you want to call it.
